Summary

Description
English: Simulated dynamics of a DNA molecule manipulated by magnetic tweezers with a stretching force pN and fixed number of turns of the bead . This dynamics is performed with the global thermostat after thermal equilibrium has been reached. Note the diffusion of the plectoneme all along the DNA molecule. The DNA molecule is composed of rigid cylinders of radius and . The other parameters of the simulation are given in Table 1. This video is also available at http://vimeo.com/51918378.
