Description
English: Response of a choroidal arteriole (type 2 vessel) before and at different time points after the application of the calcium chelator, BAPTA (10 µM) in the recording medium. Dilatation of the vessel was observed 5 minutes after BAPTA application and partially reversed 40 minutes after washout from the recording chamber.
