Description
English: RFP-expressing B. melitensis adhering to Mono Mac 6 cells. The video was constructed from 27 individual sections that were taken through the depth of a Mono Mac 6 cell by confocal microscopy and shows that B. melitensis adheres to the outside of Mono Mac 6 cells but has not entered the cells 4 minutes after exposure.
