Summary

Description
English: A real-time video showing CRNP piercing of a single-cell embryo. The CRNP pierced the future anterior end (left) of a C. elegans one-cell embryo. Suction applied by a quartz holding pipette (right) stabilized the embryo, allowing retrieval of the CRNP. Images were taken at 2 frames/second under DIC. Scale bar represents 20 µM.
