Summary

Description
English: DAT-mCherry with ER-TrackerTM z-stack time series. Time series captured over approximately 8 min through six adjacent optical sections (0.80 μm apart) of SH-SY5Y cells expressing DAT-mCherry and stained with the ER-TrackerTM dye. Z-stack time series loops continuously and is rotated along the x-axis and then the y-axis for display purposes.
