Summary

Description
English: 4-D movie of trafficking of IgGhFc, but not HSV-1 gD, to Tf-negative intracellular compartments under non-ABB conditions (corresponds to Figure 5B). 4-D confocal imaging of cells expressing gE-gI and gD-Dendra2 (green) treated with IgGhFc (blue) and Tf (red). Regions of Tf-gD colocalization appear yellow; regions of gD-IgGhFc colocalization appear cyan, and regions of Tf-IgGhFc colocalization appear magenta. 4-D multi-channel confocal imaging was performed under conditions described for Supplementary Movie S1.
