Many GLAMs use QR codes in their exhibitions in order to give the visitor more information on a certain object. A number of cultural institutions use QR codes in their exhibits which link to Wikipedia. [edit] QRpedia codesQRpedia codes are a new invention, created by Terence Eden and Roger Bamkin. Unlike a normal QR code, a QRpedia code will detect the language that the user's device is set to and then, if the Wikipedia article exists in that language, the phone will go to that article.
