Use of Wikipedia in Academia[edit]

Hi Max - very nice webinar yesterday. By far, the most tweeted fact was the quote "Use of Wikipedia in academia is increasing: cited 3,679 times in WoS and Scopus databases." Can you supply a source for this? The frequency of retweets suggest this is an important figure in convincing people to engage with WLL (and Wikipedia in general). Thanks! -- Kosboot (talk) 16:14, 1 August 2012 (UTC)

Hi Bob, you were looking for the WoS Scopus citation source. I just put my presentation up Wikipedia Loves Libraries/Presentations which has the source - a first monday article Maximilianklein (talk) 16:48, 1 August 2012 (UTC)
