Welcome to Wikipedians at UEL. We aim to start a group of UEL students who are looking to set up the second UK Wikipedia student society.
We want to get enthusiastic Wikipedians at UEL on board to help run this society–this means you!
The Aim: To create editing groups of students and academics who want to share their interests (academic or personal) with the world through Wikimedia projects.
The Vision:
- Regular 'highlights sessions to share your editing experience
- Students benefiting from academic guidance in editing Wikipedia
- Fun Wikisocial events
- Meetings with Wiki(m/p)edians outside Imperial College
