Description
English: Fully modeled 3D overview of the light sheet microscopy setup. Camera angles focus on: (I) the whole setup with all its compartments, (II) laser sources (green), mirror sets (grey) and shutter (yellow), (III) FRAP compartments (flip mirror and focal lens, purple), light sheet focus (orange), and imaging system (blue), (IV) cylindrical lens for production of light sheet, (V) specimen, index matching fluid bath and sample stage, (VI and VII) full overview of the whole setup.
