Description
English: Example of a microfluidics-based correlative live-cell and super-resolution dataset. In this video, the mitochondria are imaged live for 45 seconds and then fixed using a computer-controlled fluid delivery system (video sped up 5X). After automated immunostaining, the same region is imaged using STORM.
