English: Supplementary Movie 2 Optical cross-sections of confocal fluorescence micrographs from an acellular, pre-stretched PDMS chip. Shown are TAMRA-labelled collagen fibrils in a region (160 μm × 160 μm × 100 μm) of the axonal compartment. Direction of collagen alignment is color-coded and angular color codes are identical to Fig. 1b.
