This is using a French Canadian Dvorak keyboard layout. Depending on practice, similar results can be achieved with a US Dvorak simplified keyboard layout or other French Dvorak keyboard layouts such as the BÉPO. The text being typed in the video is: "Le goût de bien des lecteurs pour les choses frivoles, et l'envie de faire un volume de ce qui ne devrait remplir que peu de pages, sont cause que l'histoire des hommes célèbres est presque toujours gâtée par des détails".Français : Un extrait de la vie de Molière tapé à une vitesse moyenne d'environ 570 caractères par minute (220 caractères en 23 secondes) avec les 10 doigts. Ceci donne environ 115 mots par minute.
La disposition du clavier est le dvorak canadien français. Dépendamment de la pratique, des vitesses de frappe similaires peuvent être atteintes avec un agencement dvorak anglophone ou un agencement français BÉPO.
