Summary

Description
English: Healing failure upon interference in TCP 1ζ expression. Downregulation of TCP1ζ-CG8231 with a specific RNAi construct in the posterior compartment with an En-Gal4 driver results in healing failure. CE and PE fail to heal the injury, actin does not accumulate and numerous apoptotic figures are observed. GFP expression corresponds to posterior compartment cells expressing a UAS-GFP reporter.
