Summary

Description
English: Permeabilized embryo expressing GFP-Tubulin and mCherry-Histone treated with 1 µM paclitaxel. Addition of 1 µM paclitaxel (at time zero) stabilized microtubules. Tubulin aggregates were visible in the embryo after drug addition. The cell did not divide and remained arrested at the stage at which the drug was administered.
