Summary

Description
English: Simultaneous single-sweep optical recordings through the ganglion sheath of 3 pyloric neurons (IC and two PDs, compare to Figure 5A). Left: Fluorescence change over time of three regions of interest, as marked in the photo on the right. Right: Changes in fluorescence are represented as changes in the color intensity. Intense colors represent a depolarization of the membrane potential and correspond to the point in time indicated by the vertical line in the left diagram. For better visualization of the pyloric details, the video speed is decreased by a factor of two.
