Description
English: Time-lapse microscopy of VACV titration. Time-lapse imaging of cells infected with VACV-WR-E/L-GFP or VACV-IHD-J-E/L-GFP. Each square represents a well with a respective virus concentration from a serial dilution. GFP intensity was color-coded.
