Description
English: Penetration of bacteria at senescent cell extrusion site. E-cadherin-GFP-MDCK cells exhibiting a gap in E-cadherin labeling in the junction newly formed below the extruding dying cell. Several bacteria (red) penetrate the layer at this specific point. See Fig 2H for more details.
