Summary

Description
English: Cell tracking of leukocytes co-cultured with undamaged control group of organ of Corti and lateral wall tissues. Four cochlear tissue explants (i.e., organ of Corti and lateral wall tissues) were used, with a total of 3 independent replicates. Sequential images of each group were taken every 15 s for 20 min with a 20× lens in a Zeiss LSM 700/ confocal upright microscope. ImageJ with Trackmate plugin was used to make the movies. The detected cells are included in a magenta circle and the line color codes are in function of the velocity for that particular cell. A rainbow color code displays dark blue lines for slow moving cells and red for fast moving cells (3.2 μm/s). Scale bar = 100 μm.
