Summary

Description
English: Movie of mTurquoise-PTP1B and mCherry-PTP1Btail. COS-7 cells expressing mTurquoise-PTP1B and mCherry-PTP1Btail (top row) or GalNAcT2-mTurquoise and mCherry-PTP1Btail (bottom row) were confocally imaged using pulsed-interleaved excitation (see Materials and Methods). The cell was continuously tracked for 6 minutes (10 seconds/frame; 60 frames total). The width of the images corresponds to either 132.5 μm (top row) or 151.4 μm (bottom row).
