Summary

Description
English: Venus intensity and ECFP/FRET video of a HeLa cell expressing pmPAS during incubation with oleic acid/phosphatidylcholine liposomes (lipoOA). The intensity of Venus was adjusted to show filopodia and thus appears mostly saturated. The scale bar indicates 20 µm. The ECFP/FRET ratio was coded according to the indicated pseudocolor scale.
