At the museum Centre d'Art we continued working on faces and masks. Participants exchanged on the topic and edited in French and German.
Decolonization
In January the decolonizing project took place with guided museum tours in Zurich. The first tour and editathon was at the ETH where some articles had been created. Allthough Switzerland seems to have had no own colonies scientists had been involved in race theories and exploitation. The results can be found here. The ETH already uploaded themselves their material on Commons. The decolonizing work at the ETH is described here.
3D project
Starting the 3D-project on archiving objects and collections leads to a lot of questions on how to store heritage in collections. The aim of the project is to start discussions with cultural institutions on the different ways of archiving in the digital space. On the project page ideas and methods will be presented.
