We took part in the national forum of archivists held every 3 years. This year's edition, which attracted almost 1,000 participants, took place last Friday in Rennes, and was an opportunity to present the Label Culture Libre and the open content initiative from the Archives de Vaucluse. The latter have opened their collections under a free license and are now contributing to Wikimedia projects such as Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons and Wikidata. They are the first departmental archives to be awarded the Culture Libre label!
With this type of presentation, we hope to encourage as many archive services in France as possible to implement open content and collaborative digital policies.
