A Trip into the Archives with A+W
As part of the New Zealand Women in Architecture Wikiproject, A+W partnered with Auckland Museum's Wikimedian in Residence, the University of Auckland Cultural Collections team and AUT's School of Future Environments, to host Women in Architecture: A Trip into the Archives & Edit-a-thon.

The day started with a visit to the Cultural Collections of the University of Auckland where attendees viewed archival material relating to the first six women who graduated from the School of Architecture in the 1930s and 1940s. The collections host a variety of materials, including large scale drawings, newspaper clippings from the Sheppard Collection and transcriptions of captivating speeches.

Participants then gathered at AUT's School of Future Environments to take part in an Edit-a-thon to enrich Wikipedia and Wikidata content available about the first six women to graduate from the School of Architecture. Pages for Mary Clemens de Lisle and Dorothy Wills were vastly improved, a page was created for Mary Dorothy Edwards as well as a number of Wikidata items.
