The only caveat: Wikimedia communities can only take digital copies of the cultural heritage material under a free license – typically Public Domain or CC BY-SA. These free licenses are an important part of bringing that knowledge to the public, and creating an institutional policy to allow such licenses may be part of a collaboration.
