2 This user has an intermediate level of teaching skills (More than one year as teaching assistant in classroom/college/university or tutoring experience. At least one year as classroom teacher; might not have teaching certificate).
3 This user has an advanced level of teaching skills (Classroom/college/university teacher 2+ years; might not have teaching certificate).
4 This user has a professional level of teaching skills (Classroom/college/university teacher 5+ years; must have teaching certificate or equivalent qualification).

1 This user has a basic level of project management skills (enough to coordinate activities with directions from others).
2 This user has an intermediate level of project management skills (enough to create basic schedules, own basic tasks and communications. Some client contact and management).
