Hello, I'm a librarian at a public library system in West Michigan, near Grand Rapids. Interested in Wikimedia's GLAM project and finding bibliographic resources to enhance existing articles.

I, and another Wikipedian, bdcousineau, are working on developing an active Wikipedia/Media presence in West Michigan. We also have presented on the benefits of libraries and librarians contributing to Wikipedia projects at local and state library conferences. My other outreach efforts include contacting and working with local history organizations to share their resources on Wikipedia and educating teachers and students as to the best way to evaluate Wikipedia for best content and becoming editors themselves.
