Admin on outreach wiki

I would like admin rights because, i'm a trusted user and I have multipule user rights on enwiki file mover, autopatrolled and rollbacker, on simplewiki rollback rights, on meta-wiki auto-reviewer and lastly on Wikimedia labs I have reviewer rights.
