Please avoid categorization loops

Hello, thank you for the translations and making Category:Sundanese. The created category caused a categorization loop so I removed it. Please see w:WP:SUBCAT for relevant documentations. In addition, please remember that Category:Texts by language and country categories are enough for this case. Please see Category:English or other language categories for examples.
