I reverted your additions because they are pointy. I have no problem with criticism, but the tone in which you wrote it needs to be improved before it can be added in. If you continue to add these points in, I will just protect the page and you and other non-administrators can suggest improvements on the talk page. • Kohs: you've added valuably to the Belfer page. You've also done silly disruptive stuff. If it becomes clear that the silly disruptive stuff means the Belfer post-mortem is going to wind up less likely to be valuable, I have no problem blocking you. Also, I'm going to go ahead and arbitrarily declare as a crat and admin here that the WMF board resolutions w/r/t BLP's apply to mainspace here (really, that doesn't need to be declared,) so please keep that in mind and abide by their letter and spirit while you're on a WMF wiki.
