What are office hours and who should participate?

Office hours are a dedicated time and online space to have "real time" conversations about your questions, and hear first hand accounts of your activities. Having set times for this type of interaction will make sure that everyone has a fair chance to receive real time support. Everyone is invited to participate, ask questions, and share their activities.
