Survey disclaimer[edit]

Purpose of survey[edit]

Thank you for your interest in the Wikipedia Education Program! This survey will help us better understand the awareness of the Wikipedia Education Program ("Program"), gauge interest in joining the Program, receive feedback about using materials provided by the Program, learn about the results of using materials provided by the Program, and assist us with preparing a database of expert contacts who can act as resources for future educators who want to use Wikipedia in educational contexts.

Third-party platform[edit]

Please note that this survey is powered by Google Forms, and that Google’s use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

By participating in this study, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage, processing, disclosure, and other uses of the collected information in the United States and other places, which may have different or less stringent data protection laws than your country, as may be necessary to carry out the purposes and objectives discussed above. The information you provide, including your real name, username, age, and geographical location will be shared with volunteers helping with the Wikipedia in Education program who are under no obligation to keep such information confidential.
