English: volumetric reconstruction (with FIJI) of a z-stack taken on cells expressing EGFP-tetramer molecules imaged with a single plane illumination microscope (SPIM). The cells were adherent to a small peace of coverslip which was moved through the SPIM image plane. Excitation wavelength: 491nm, detection objective: 60x, NA1, voxel size: 0.4x0.4x0.4µm³, EMCCD camera, lightsheet 1/e²-diameter ~2.4µm
