Description
English: Tomogram and 3D surface rendering of an assembling capsid. The movie corresponds to panels 5E–H. The movie was created with the Aviso movie-maker platform. The capsid (yellow) layer is generated on top of the open membrane sheet (blue) shaping the membrane into an icosahedral structure.
