Hi Frank, Pete,

This is very helpful; thank you. I have a few suggestions and questions as a sort of newbie:

Is it correct that one person can and often does play several of these roles?
How do the Consensus-keeper and Facilitator roles overlap and work together? Can you provide more description of their activities?
