Get the fully qualified base page name of the current or the given page. It is basically equivalent to using the magic word {{BASEPAGENAME}} in the Main namespace and {{NAMESPACE}}:{{BASEPAGENAME}} in all other namespaces.

- {{FULLBASEPAGENAME|}} → Template:FULLBASEPAGENAME
- {{FULLBASEPAGENAME|Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Arbitration enforcement/Archive1}} → Wikimedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Arbitration enforcement
In namespaces with subpages disabled it will return the full page name:
- {{FULLBASEPAGENAME|List of 28 Days/Weeks Later characters}} → List of 28 Days
