[edit]Good, some nice jquery magic! :) Do you know if it's possible to make the form send the inputs as parameters for a template, for the user page? Fetchcomms (talk) 21:48, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks. Now, we only have to make it look good :-) And find the right questions. About your question, I think Sertion is the person to talk to about that. I will ping him about this. Thanks for your input.//Hannibal (talk) 22:08, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
- The javascript is written to have it's text easily modified. It (should) take all HTML-elements (other than inputs) and send them to the edit-page (together with the text and input-values) when submitted. To have different text in the submit-part and the actual user page is currently not possible and require a complete rewrite. Is it even wanted? Isn't one of the big advantages with the current method that the user can see the text that it wrote being inserted into a page and see this text on the actual wiki-page when they submit? [edit]From Template:Your user page:
Below is the edit box of your user page.
- On this page you can write something about yourself - this is your user page.
- You can use the text that is automatically pasted in. It contains a set of links to pages on Wikipedia that will be helpful to you. Click on "Save page".
- Of course, feel free to modify the text. You can cut anything or put only what is useful to you in Wikipedia. Just remember to modify it when you're logged in - otherwise others may think you are editing someone else's page.

[edit]Hey Hannibal. You may want to not have your invisible notices in all caps. It could be taken as your screaming at them. Besides that, I line how easy and user proof the template is. --Guerillero 18:22, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
