Description
English: Effect of ExoU on focal adhesion in infected HeLa cells (corresponding to Fig 6D). Cells were visualized with CellLight Talin-targeted GFP, CellMask plasma membrane stain (red), Hoechst 33342 (blue). The images were acquired by time-lapse microscopy for 40 min with 30 sec interval.
