I'm just going to prepare a lecture to be given at a meeting between some people of the wm-foundation (e.g. Pete Forsyth) and and the members of the 'mentoring program' of the de:wikipedia, regarding this subject, on April, 17th in Berlin. I will post an abstract of this lecture here and I think this will be interesting cause we are confronted with a little bit astonishing problems.
