General bibliography about the importance of public domain (and how it is not respected)
[edit]I am creating this page to summarize the bibliography relevant to GLAM Wiki projects GLAM/References. Related to public domain I have this bibliography. Not use if it can be useful on this page and maybe I can just remove it from the general references.

Thanks for your work. It is very impressive how the topic of public domain is crucial: basically we are doing a lot of work around content we should already have fully available. A very distorted situation and it seems very difficult to actually communicate this and make people understanding how it is a real major issue. best, --Iopensa (talk) 07:09, 26 July 2016 (UTC)
