New partnership with National Archives

New collaboration with The National Archives

The National Archives, in Kew Gardens, London.

During this June's GLAMcamp London, a representative from The UK National Archives (TNA) expressed interest in working with Wikimedia. This month an outline for a developing relationship has been drawn up on the English Wikipedia. The project page there will be the primary point of contact and work for this collaboration. A number of potential projects have been outlined, including the use of QRpedia codes, digitization of content and edit-a-thon events.
