Brochure in PDF format, collecting these case studies, published June 2012. (direct download)

In the following pages, educators will explain Wikipedia assignments they’ve used to meet learning objectives for their courses. They will also explain how they assessed or graded these assignments. These case studies can help you form a plan for how you can use Wikipedia as a teaching tool in your class.

You can share your own experiences with Wikipedia assignments by creating a case study page for the course(s) you have taught, focusing on either the assignment itself or how the grading was done. To get started, choose a short title that reflects the key element of your case study and type it into the box below after "Education/Case Studies/". Then click "Add your case study" and start filling in the details of your course, and save the page when you finish. After you've finished, you can edit this page to add your case study to the list.
