Strategic salon around GLAM perspectives

Context

In order to grow the User Group of Côte d'Ivoire and strengthen its GLAM partnerships, a strategic salon was held in the city of Abidjan on Friday, August 02, 2019. This activity brought together representatives of WikiClubs of Côte, coming from three cities: Bouaké, Ferkessédougou and Korhogo.

Reflection activity

Strategic reflections focused on three themes :

1. Capacity building (Develop a six-month renewable activities program, build the writing and digitization capabilities of Glam trainers)
2. The Health of Groups (group survival, numeric growth, members well-being, fundraising, distribution, financial autonomy, etc.)
3. Products and technologies (to put in place in order to achieve the various objectives, etc.)
