Edit-a-thons and Digitization project
ByEdit-a-thon in Cordoba
At the end of october, Wikimedia Argentina made a Edit-a-thon in Cordoba in the framework of the global initiative around the theme of women architects .
The objective was to improve the content of Wikipedia of women who had no notable architects article in the encyclopedia, with the ultimate aim of tackling the gender gap .
The final results were:

Editing Workshop and Edit-a-thon in MNBA
During the week of November 19, Wikimedia Argentina conducted in conjunction with the
MNBA the first Edit-a-thon
between the two institutions with the aim of improving the number of articles on artists in Wikipedia, and correspond to those representing the stock of 835 imágenes
provided by the institution.
To date, ' 394 images ' are positioned in different items in different Wikipedias .
A quantitative and qualitative level, the results can be summarized as follows:

Editing Workshop and Edit-a-thon in Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo
During the week of November 20 , we held a workshop and editing the institution Edit-a-thon Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo.
Through this initiative Wikimedia Argentina drives one of its main objectives mainstreamed actions GLAM program : the construction of identity and recovery of historical memory.
Following our new project ' Wiki Takes Cultural Institutions ' the last activity edit-a-thon previous work of sensitization and training of cultural references in one of the most influential institutions in Argentina

Digitization project
Wikimedia Argentina continues to work with its 4 main institutions for digitization. During the last month , we work hard with the Academy Argentine of Letterswho through our agreement digitization have freely and free, 89 books
of Argentina literature.
