Reaching out for new partners

Think global act local

In September a new flyer on GLAM activities was published and sent out to 7000 members of Wikimedia Deutschland. The aim is to motivate our supporters to become ambassadors for Free Knowledge in that GLAM-Institution they are already active in. Read more on the initiative. The flyer was inspired by one made by Lori Phillips while she was working as a Wikipedian in Residence at the Children's Museum in Indianapolis, USA, in 2011. We hope to gather new personal contacts to GLAM-institutions and to find more people willing to forward the message of Free Knowledge.
