This page contains the implementation plans for the different phases of the project; further details are being added as the project progresses.
A tentative timeline for the entire project can be found on the concept page.
Phase One: January - March 2014

WP 1: Project Management

Goals:
- Plan the project activities: overall concept; phase 1 and phase 2 activities (done)
- Set up an international core team: clarify roles and expectations, clarify the way the team will collaborate and interact with local teams (done)
- Set up the communication infrastructure: mailing list, coordination portal on the Outreach Wiki (done)
- Enrol local teams, identify national coordinators (initiated; needs particular attention in phase 2)
- Further elaborate the concept of the project: FAQ, possibly elaborate the concept in view of funding requests (done; Risk Management Plan needs further attention in phase 2)
WP 2: Questionnaire Development

Goal:
- Develop an improved version of the questionnaire: one review round before the pretest; one after the pretest, based on pretest results and further feedback (produced a draft version of the questionnaire and carried out one review round; questionnaire development and the pretest need to be focused on in phase 2)
WP3: Pretest

Goals:
- Select the survey tool (done)
- Collect GLAM e-mail addresses from the Netherlands (and possibly from an anglophone country) (initiated)
- Set-up the English version of the questionnaire in the survey tool, debugging (delayed, questionnaire not ready in phase 1)
- Carry out the pretest (delayed, questionnaire not ready in phase 1)
WP4: Partnerships / Funding Requests

- Conclude partnerships with organizations/project consortia that have an international focus (initiated; formalizing partnerships needs to be focused on in phase 2)

- Collect the e-mail addresses of the GLAMs to be surveyed (initiated in a couple of countries)
- Research particularities of your country and contribute to the development of the questionnaire (so far, people from 5 countries contributed to the development of the questionnaire)
